The problem, in one line
What happens
A one- or two-person renovation or roofing business measures a job, then rebuilds a quote from old spreadsheets, supplier price lists and memory, often late at night. Quotes go out slowly, prices drift from what materials actually cost, and jobs are lost to whoever answers first. An AI tool could turn site photos, measurements and current supplier prices into a draft quote for the contractor to check. Example problem, written to show the kind of thing people post.
