Help me design and build a first working prototype for this problem in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, India.

Problem: Unemployed young people in Kashmir can't easily check whether an overseas job offer is real before they travel.
Who it hurts: Jobless young men and women in south Kashmir and elsewhere in J&K who are approached by local agents with well-paid jobs in South-East Asia.
The moment it hurts: Being handed a job agreement and a travel plan by someone they know, and having to decide whether to hand over their passport and pay.
What people do today: Offers travel by word of mouth and messaging apps through local facilitators; families rely on trust in the agent, and police learn of a racket only after people are already abroad.
Why it is still unsolved: Licensed recruiters and the countries that need emigration clearance are listed on the government's eMigrate system, but few job-seekers know to look, and a fake offer looks the same as a real one on paper.
What solved looks like: A simple check, by WhatsApp or web in Kashmiri, Urdu and English, where a job-seeker enters the agent's name or licence number, the employer and the destination, and is told whether the recruiter is registered, whether the route matches known scam patterns, and who to call before travelling.

First, list what you would need to learn from the people affected before building, as interview questions.
Then propose the simplest version that would help, the screens or messages it needs, and the data it would use.
Keep it cheap to run, accessible, and respectful of people's privacy. Flag anything you are unsure about instead of guessing.
  1. Understand it

Talk to the people who live it before you build.

“When a man does not know what harbour he is making for, no wind is the right wind.”
Seneca · Letters to Lucilius 71.3 (tr. R. M. Gummere)
  2. Prototype with AI

Get a working version in front of people fast.

Using AI is not cheating. Every tool carries the work of the people who made it, and using it well is how knowledge has always moved forward. The thinking, the care for the people who live the problem, and the judgement are still yours.
